What’s your shipping and returns policy?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $150+ and free exchanges and returns within the continental U.S., plus a 100-night, no-questions-asked guarantee — because comfort shouldn’t be a gamble.

Once your return arrives at our processing facility in Springfield, MO, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, as long as items are returned clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, or signs of heavy use). When possible, please use the original packaging.

You can exchange an item up to two times. Items returned in questionable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

    Love the blanket. However I’m need to exchange it for smaller size. I always order king size blankets for my bed when it’s a queen. However this will reach the floor on both sides of bed. It’s a great product just make sure you order the actual size of your bed.

    A BEAST of a blanket

    We don’t regularly use this product because of how difficult it was to make our bed, but holy crow, this thing is hefty and amazing. If you love being pleasantly crushed in blanket, this is the heaviest blanket I’ve come across. Anytime I am sad or sick or my husband is away, I bust this thing out and it is incredible. I sleep so well under this! It does stay put pretty well because of the weight and size of it, but after a few nights, you have to really remake the bed because it will start to fall off… and it is a workout. I’d probably use it more often if I didn’t have bad shoulders! Still giving it 5 stars because it is exactly as advertised, and possibly better!

    What do I say?

    Since I started using this blanket I fall asleep even easier, but I also stay asleep, which has always been an issue for me. It feels like it is regulating temperature, not too hot and not too cool. If I could come up with one complaint, it's a PITA to make the bed with a 40 pound blanket. But if I have to suffer inconvenience for better sleep, I'm in!

    Giant Blanket for My Giant Children

    I've got a really, REALLY big 15-year-old who needed a good weighted blanket. This one was perfect. He carries it around the house like it's a cape and absolutely loves it.
