Once your return arrives at our processing facility in Springfield, MO, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, as long as items are returned clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, or signs of heavy use). When possible, please use the original packaging.

You can exchange an item up to two times. Items returned in questionable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

    Great quality, great size

    Great quality, a bit thinner than I would have thought, but I'm coming from a quilted down comforter where fluff and loft is key so this is just a bit of an adjustment.

    Prepare to be blanketed in comfort!

    I have always loved duvets. My wife however, not a big fan. I was able to convince her to give this a try, given the gurantee that Big Blanket will take it back if we don't love it.

    Have no fear, this thing isn't going anywhere. The size, the weight, the warmth, and all the comfort you could want has made this a non-returnable!
