How deep is the fitted sheet?
It depends on size: Twin and Full fit mattresses up to 17″ deep, while Queen and King fit up to 20″ deep. Every size has reinforced elastic edges to keep everything snugly in place.
Will the sheets stay cool all night?
ChillSide™ isn’t an air conditioner (we’re still working on that 😉), but the cooling fabric helps regulate temperature, wick away moisture, and disperse excess heat so your bed stays noticeably more comfortable all night.
How do I launder my ChillSide™ Cooling Sheets?
Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Skip high heat to preserve the cooling performance. Sleep cool.

What is it made of?
Our bestselling all-season blanket is 93% polyester and 7% spandex — thin to the touch yet ultra-dense and temperature-regulating, so you don’t get too hot or too cold. It’s like the yoga pants of blankets.
How big is it?
Each Original Stretch™ is a 10′ × 10′ blanket — 120″ × 120″, or 100 square feet. That’s 4× an average throw (a measly 50 × 60″) and larger than a king comforter (a paltry 104 × 92″).
How much does it weigh?
With a 10′ × 10′ footprint it carries some heft — the Original Stretch™ weighs in at 11 pounds.
Is it seamless?
We did it — a seamless Original Stretch™. After a three-year R&D journey we cracked a process manufacturers told us was impossible, and it’s now available without seams for select styles.
How do I wash and dry it?
You bet your britches it’s machine washable — all Big Blankets (except the XL Weighted™ core) fit a standard home washer. Wash before using: machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry on low. Do not bleach or iron.
How do I fold it?
Totally up to you (some folks just live in it). To fold: lay it flat, fold the left and right edges inward to meet in the center, fold in half again — you’ll have one long 10′ strip to roll or fold. Voilà.

Where do I apply my discount code?
Automatic discounts and discount codes are applied at checkout. Codes can’t be combined with other offers or sales, and aren’t redeemable for cash. Big Blanket Co reserves the right to modify or cancel offers at any time.
Can I change an order I just placed?
Please submit this form for any order changes. Customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM CST. We do everything we can to catch urgent requests before shipments leave the warehouse.

What’s your shipping and returns policy?
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $150+, free exchanges and returns within the continental US, and a 100-night, no-questions-asked guarantee. Returns are processed within 5–10 business days once received in good condition at our facility in Springfield, MO.
Items must be clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, etc.) and, when possible, returned in original packaging. Items may be exchanged up to 2 times. Final Sale items aren’t eligible.
Please note: free returns and exchanges apply to orders totaling up to $500 per customer. Above $500, the customer covers return shipping and refunds are issued as store credit. Contact us with questions.
How do I return or exchange my blanket?

Which products can be personalized?
Personalization is currently available on select products. Big Blanket Co reserves the right to refuse or offer alternatives on personalization text.
When will I receive my personalized order?
Personalized orders take an additional 5–7 business days to complete (not including shipping). Choosing expedited shipping speeds up delivery, not the embroidery time.
Do personalized and non-personalized items ship together?
No — non-personalized items ship within the standard one business day; personalized items ship separately within 5–7 business days. Your order will include multiple tracking numbers and packages.
Where is embroidery placed on the blanket?
We embroider the Original Stretch™ blanket with standard placement in the bottom right-hand corner, centered below the “B” patch.
How big is the embroidery?
Text height is approximately 1–1.5 inches, with slight variation depending on the font.
What if my embroidery doesn’t fit? Can I add extra characters?
The text box shows the maximum characters (spaces included) we can fit. If your text exceeds the limit, we’re unable to embroider it.
Can I change an embroidered order after checkout?
Please double-check your text before submitting. If it’s in your cart, remove the item to restart. Once you’ve checked out, we can’t edit the text or font.
Can I have an icon or emoji embroidered?
At this time we can only embroider letters, numbers, and standard special characters. Orders outside these will be canceled and refunded, then need to be re-placed.
Can you embroider a custom logo or design?
