What’s your shipping and returns policy?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $150+ and free exchanges and returns within the continental U.S., plus a 100-night, no-questions-asked guarantee — because comfort shouldn’t be a gamble.

Once your return arrives at our processing facility in Springfield, MO, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, as long as items are returned clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, or signs of heavy use). When possible, please use the original packaging.

You can exchange an item up to two times. Items returned in questionable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

    Pricey but worth it

    I got this as a birthday gift for my best friend who has night terrors and struggles with anxiety. Weighted blankets are the only thing that helps the former, and her old one was falling apart. She has been over the moon with this gift and it was worth every penny

    Nice weight and super huge

    They ain’t kidding when they call themselves the big blanket company. This blanket is huuuge. Nice heavy weight makes me fall asleep a lot faster. I tucked mine in for that extra coziness.

    Love the blanket. However I’m need to exchange it for smaller size. I always order king size blankets for my bed when it’s a queen. However this will reach the floor on both sides of bed. It’s a great product just make sure you order the actual size of your bed.
