Once your return arrives at our processing facility in Springfield, MO, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, as long as items are returned clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, or signs of heavy use). When possible, please use the original packaging.

You can exchange an item up to two times. Items returned in questionable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

    Most of products you see on IG or a facebook add turn out to be trash. This is definitely the exception to the rule. As a person who runs warm and lets his dog sleep on the bed, the cooling feature of the material worked like a charm
