What’s your shipping and returns policy?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $150+ and free exchanges and returns within the continental U.S., plus a 100-night, no-questions-asked guarantee — because comfort shouldn’t be a gamble.

Once your return arrives at our processing facility in Springfield, MO, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, as long as items are returned clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, or signs of heavy use). When possible, please use the original packaging.

You can exchange an item up to two times. Items returned in questionable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

    Sleeping Better!

    Finally a blanket that actually fits our bed

    We have an oversized king (Sleep Number + foam topper), and nothing ever fits right—until this. The size is perfect, the weight feels great, and it actually stays put on the bed. Only downside: when I layer my 8x8 Cozy Soft blanket on top, it slides off every night. Still, this is the first blanket that’s worked for our setup, so I’m a fan. The weight is distributed perfectly.
