Once your return arrives at our processing facility in Springfield, MO, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, as long as items are returned clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, or signs of heavy use). When possible, please use the original packaging.

You can exchange an item up to two times. Items returned in questionable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

    These sheets were a little crisp at first but over time they have become the most comfortable sheets I have ever owned. They make it even harder to get out of bed. I thought I slept well before but now I sleep even better!!!
