Once your return arrives at our processing facility in Springfield, MO, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, as long as items are returned clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, or signs of heavy use). When possible, please use the original packaging.

You can exchange an item up to two times. Items returned in questionable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Warm and cozy
I live in Texas, and thankfully it’s not usually freezing cold down here. But I have this robe so that I never have to turn on my heater most of the time. I put on my robe in the late afternoon sometimes I just wear it over a sweatsuit that I’m wearing and then at night I put my jammies on and put my robe over it. So comfortable and I love the eye mask.
