What’s your shipping and returns policy?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $150+ and free exchanges and returns within the continental U.S., plus a 100-night, no-questions-asked guarantee — because comfort shouldn’t be a gamble.

Once your return arrives at our processing facility in Springfield, MO, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, as long as items are returned clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, or signs of heavy use). When possible, please use the original packaging.

You can exchange an item up to two times. Items returned in questionable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    Just keeps getting better!

    Im so glad I found this company. I love every product I have purchased so far. I hope they look into blankets that zip into pillows. Would be great for taking to the movies or on a plane.

    The color options are wonderful, great quality and I can usually catch a great deal.

    It turns out to be better than I had hoped for!! I work in a small space with another person ( cab of a locomotive) and well agreeing on a comfortable temp. Never happens. So now i don't have to decide if my jacket will cover my arms or my legs!!! All of me is comfy now!! Thank you
