    Sleep hug

    I've been using the original stretch blankets for years. Every single night. There is nothing that comes close to comparing. I have young kids and a lot of animals. They still look brand new. These are now my go to gifts for people. Wedding? You get a blanket! Graduated? You get a blanket! Anniversary! You get it. I recently FINALLY had a very dark time of my life come to a conclusion.     I did not know how much I would love this blanket...

    I had been hearing all of the rave about weighted blankets and how they can provide more calming sleep especially for people with anxiety. As someone who has had a lifelong battle with anxiety I wanted to give this a shot because I have not been getting really good sleep in quite some time. Being a Dad, a doggy Dad, and just overall being a light sleeper has affected my day to day greatly.

    I already have another Big Blanket that I have always loved. I did not know if I wanted to go with such a huge and heavy weighted blanket but I am one of those people that likes to go big or go home. I decided to pull the trigger during a pretty solid sale and I have been evangelizing this blanket to all of my friends and family since.

    If there are two things you need in this life to help with your overall well being they are therapy and this blanket. I cannot rate this blanket high enough because 5 stars really does not say enough. The cooling material on the outside is chilly to the touch but then you have this blanket literally giving you a warm hug to fall asleep. It is easy to spot clean which was a requirement since I have three dogs who sleep on the bed.

    If you are on the fence about this blanket you really need to give it a shot. Another home run fro the Big Blanket Co.
