Big Bed Co Customer service rocks ! They care !
I ordered my wife to hide out robe navy with stars for Christmas in November. I am on disability and that was her big gift. She was thrilled. Well the eyelid for the hood was frayed to the point if you rubbed your finger on it it could cut you if you washed it with other clothes it could cut them. While we tried to exchange it and they had none in that design left. That's very important because the design matches tattoos she has. Nobody had any of them navy with stars left. Well we got our money back and continued looking every day. January 15th still nothing. I was getting kind of upset so I went through the website to customer service. Something told me that if I talk to them they might try to fix the problem maybe just maybe they had some somewhere. They were quick and swift in their response, The lady that helped me take care of the problem said she had a few in the warehouse set me an invoice and my wife's robe is here! THANK YOU BIG BED CO!! I will be buying myself one and my mother 1 and my brother 1 next year for Christmas

We have decided that the robe is better than the 'hoodie' simply for the ease of removing it. We are "older" and it is a little more difficult to remove the hoodie type.
