We offer free standard shipping on exchanges and returns within the continental US and a 100 night, no questions asked, guarantee.
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days once received, in good condition, at our returns processing facility in Springfield, MO.
All exchanges and returns must be clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, etc.) and, when possible, returned in original packaging. Items may be exchanged up to 2 times. Items returned in questionable condition are subject to restocking fees. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Please note: free returns and exchanges are eligible on orders totaling up to $500 in combined order value per customer. For any order(s) totaling over $500 per customer, customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
